Referring someone to debt collection

Step 1: When reminders have run their course, open the customer and choose Refer to debt collection.

Step 2: Badger asks you to confirm first — a referral is a big step, and it never happens by accident.

Step 3: Once referred, Badger stops chasing them and marks the account. Export CSV for your agency hands your collector everything they need.

Step 4: Changed your mind? Cancel the referral and Badger can chase again.
